Return Policy

Product Warranty information: The Kelvin 36 is covered by a 10 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty and the Kelvin 36SL is covered by a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials, or workmanship. We do not cover breakage or defects resulting from heavy duty use or abuse.
If you have a warranty problem with any tool, please provide clear photos of the issue and up to 50 words of a description along with the original proof of purchase to our customer service email address: emailus@kelvintools.com 
When a Replacement or Refund is approved, depending on the situation sometimes we may request the tool be returned. With any Returns it is mandatory you must print your name and order number on the outside of the package and return to:

Returning Goods - (Other than warranty) must be approved by writing emailus@kelvintools.com within 60 days of receipt. Once approved, please ensure you print your order name and order number on the outside of the package and return at your expense to:

In cases where a Refund is warranted. Refunds will be processed within 3-8 business days after receipt of your return. Customers that are approved can only receive repayment by way of your original payment method through PayPal. (Please note that the original shipping amount will not be refunded)
