Return Policy

Product Warranty information: Kelvin 36 Multi-Tools are covered by a 10 year day super simple warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials, or workmanship. Kelvin 36 is a tool designed for light to medium duty usage. For this reason, we do not cover breakage or defects resulting from heavy duty use or abuse. Warranty Returns if approved are eligible for full refund including original shipping costs.

If you have a problem with the tool, please provide clear photos of the issue and 50 words of a description along with the original proof of purchase to emailus@kelvintools.com.

Please note Refund or Replacement needs to be approved in advance by email.

For Returning Goods - (Other than warranty) must be approved by writing emailus@kelvintools.com within 90 days of receipt. Once approved, please ensure you print your order name and order number on the outside of the package and return at your expense to:

Refunds will be processed for the product costs only within 10 business days after the receipt of your return. Customers that are approved only can receive repayment by way of your original payment method. Warranty replacements are sent by us at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a pre-approved warranty return.
